The tools didn't exist.
So I built them.

Building apps, platforms and tools for neurodivergent minds — from lived experience, not theory.

Your free calming companion — no sign-up, no subscription, no paywall. Built for neurodivergent minds.

I spent years being brilliant at hiding.

Masking my way through an industry that rewarded people who looked a certain way, thought a certain way, performed a certain way. I was good at it. Until I wasn't.

Burnout didn't arrive slowly. It dismantled everything. And in the wreckage I finally understood why I'd been exhausted for so long. I am AuDHD. I had been running someone else's operating system my entire life.

What helped me rebuild wasn't a programme or a framework. It was making things. Writing code. Seeing something work. Creating Dave, a little blue fluffy mental wellness companion, in a moment of crisis, and that was helping me hold it together.

That's when everything shifted. I wasn't just navigating a world that wasn't built for my brain. I was going to start building a better one.

What I'm Building

An ecosystem built for minds that work differently

Every product in this ecosystem comes from the same place — a gap I spotted, a need that wasn't being met, and the decision to build rather than wait.

For Individuals
Custom-built standalone wellbeing tools designed for individuals — young people, adults, and families. Each one is crafted around how that person's mind works, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Built for Real People

Custom tools built for individual needs

Every brain is different. Sometimes people need something built just for them — a personal toolkit shaped around how they think, feel, and cope. Here are some of the standalone tools I've built for real people.

Built with care. Felt immediately.

"This app is an absolute joy. It is warm, clever, playful, and genuinely helpful, not just another bland productivity tool pretending to understand overwhelmed brains. I love how personal it feels, from the emotional check-ins to the practical supports like body doubling, energy-first planning, the decision matrix, and the private sparkle journal. It manages to be sparkly without losing substance, and kind without sounding patronising. Honestly, it feels like a tiny pocket coach made just for me, and you can feel the care that went into it."
Kathy
AuDHD Coach
"She's loving it! She's sat next to me and been using it for a while, doing drawing and now writing. She likes writing in it, and knows that's how she can record how she feels in private. It's a safe digital space that's all hers."
Simon
Parent
"As somebody who has had ADHD since before it was fashionable, combined with a traumatic brain injury, Lisa's tool is the first first first thing I have found that actually takes my disability seriously, and provides actual compassionate and extremely workable steps. In fact, I would go so far as to say that as somebody who has spent approximately $1 billion on apps that were supposed to do what this one does, this is the only one that does what this one does. If you get my drift."
