Dave is a free wellbeing companion app. It is not a medical device, therapy tool, or substitute for professional mental health support. The SOS button connects to Samaritans — an independent organisation we are not affiliated with. Dave is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability.
Spark Your Potential is a coaching platform provided to clients working with approved coaches. Access is granted on an individual basis and may be revoked at any time. Content within the platform (programmes, tools, resources) is proprietary.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Lisa Gills is a coach, not a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, call 999, or reach Samaritans on 116 123.

All content, code, designs, branding, and materials across our products are owned by Harness the Spark Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any service if you breach these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. On termination, your right to access platform content ends, but we will honour any data access requests under our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
