The tools didn't exist. So I built them.

Harness the Spark designs and builds neuroaffirmative apps, sites and systems that lighten the load for coaches and therapists, and genuinely work for the people they support.

I spent years being brilliant at hiding.

Masking my way through an industry that rewarded people who looked a certain way, thought a certain way, performed a certain way. I was good at it. Until I wasn't.

Burnout didn't arrive slowly. It dismantled everything. And in the wreckage I finally understood why I'd been exhausted for so long. I am AuDHD. I had been running someone else's operating system my entire life.

What helped me rebuild wasn't a programme or a framework. It was making things. Writing code. Seeing something work. Creating Dave — a little blue fluffy mental wellness companion — in a moment of crisis, and finding that he was helping me hold it together.

That's when everything shifted. I wasn't just navigating a world that wasn't built for my brain. I was going to start building a better one. Everything below is what came out of it.

As somebody who has had ADHD since before it was fashionable, combined with a traumatic brain injury, Lisa's tool is the first first first thing I have found that actually takes my disability seriously, and provides actual compassionate and extremely workable steps. In fact, I would go so far as to say that as somebody who has spent approximately $1 billion on apps that were supposed to do what this one does, this is the only one that does what this one does. If you get my drift.

This app is an absolute joy. It is warm, clever, playful, and genuinely helpful, not just another bland productivity tool pretending to understand overwhelmed brains. I love how personal it feels, from the emotional check-ins to the practical supports like body doubling, energy-first planning, the decision matrix, and the private sparkle journal. It manages to be sparkly without losing substance, and kind without sounding patronising. Honestly, it feels like a tiny pocket coach made just for me, and you can feel the care that went into it.

She's loving it! She's sat next to me and been using it for a while, doing drawing and now writing. She likes writing in it, and knows that's how she can record how she feels in private. It's a safe digital space that's all hers.

— Simon · Parent

It's always a pleasure working with Lisa. Lisa's programme gave me great clarity I hadn't been able to articulate on my own. It helped me connect the dots across my career, define my real value, and translate that into a clear narrative and practical tools I now use with confidence across CVs, LinkedIn and interviews.

— Donald · Strategy Director

Working with Lisa has been transformative for my coaching business. As a solo coach, the technical side, email platforms, website, systems was quietly eating the time and headspace I needed for actual doing the stuff that I turned my life upside down to do. Lisa took it all on. She built me a bespoke website and content platform, and set up my whole email system so that not a single subscriber was lost in the move, all while making sure everything stayed on the right side of data protection and consent rules, which I know is critical but bores me rigid. She redesigned and rebuilt my website enquiry flow, testing everything thoroughly before it went live, and set up systems that just work so enquiries land where they should and nothing falls through the cracks. What sets her apart is how she works: she tests everything, explains technical things in plain English, and spots problems before I even know they exist. I hand things over and they just get done properly. Lisa is available when I need her and is completely authentic, genuine, professional and a good laugh (a rare breed and right on brand for me :-)) If you're a coach or small business owner who needs the tech, design and development side of your business built and looked after by someone who actually gets it, talk to Lisa. She'll give you your time back.
