As somebody who has had ADHD since before it was fashionable, combined with a traumatic brain injury, Lisa's tool is the first first first thing I have found that actually takes my disability seriously, and provides actual compassionate and extremely workable steps. In fact, I would go so far as to say that as somebody who has spent approximately $1 billion on apps that were supposed to do what this one does, this is the only one that does what this one does. This app is an absolute joy. It is warm, clever, playful, and genuinely helpful, not just another bland productivity tool pretending to understand overwhelmed brains. I love how personal it feels, from the emotional check-ins to the practical supports like body doubling, energy-first planning, the decision matrix, and the private sparkle journal. It manages to be sparkly without losing substance, and kind without sounding patronising. Honestly, it feels like a tiny pocket coach made just for me, and you can feel the care that went into it.
She's loving it! She's sat next to me and been using it for a while, doing drawing and now writing. She likes writing in it, and knows that's how she can record how she feels in private. It's a safe digital space that's all hers.
